NATUROPATHIC HEALTH ASSESSMENT
Suitable for those wanting to explore a naturopathic functional medicine approach to support chronic health conditions.
Online health assessment lasting 1.5 – 2 hours.
Detailed diet and lifestyle analysis with identification of nutritional needs.
General diet and lifestyle advice with a starter Naturopathic Nutrition plan.
This appointment can include advice on choosing a suitable, more comprehensive Nutritional Programme, based on current health concerns.

4 APPOINTMENT PACKAGE
Suitable for those looking for a deeper dive into a functional nutrition approach to support more complex chronic health concerns.
Initial health assessment lasting 1.5 – 2 hours.
Detailed dietary analysis with identification of nutritional needs.
Personalised diet and lifestyle plan.
Supplement recommendations as appropriate.
Functional testing recommendations with interpretation of results.
Three 60 minute follow up appointments at 2-3 week intervals.
Email support in between appointments.

6 APPOINTMENT PACKAGE:
Suitable for those with multiple complex health concerns, looking to work closely with a practitioner to support overall gastrointestinal health, systemic inflammation and autoimmune disease.
Initial health assessment lasting 1.5 – 2 hours.
Detailed dietary analysis with identification of nutritional needs.
Personalised diet and lifestyle plan.
Supplement recommendations as appropriate.
Functional testing recommendations with interpretation of results.
Five 60 minute follow up appointments at 2-3 week intervals.
Unlimited Email support in between appointments.
PRICE: £895
INDIVIDUAL FOLLOW UP APPOINTMENTS
Suitable for pre existing clients who require additional support after completing one of Liz Clarke’s Nutritional programmes. These can be booked on an ad hoc basis by pre existing clients.

Any variation to these fees, for whatever reason, will be confirmed in writing via email prior to the scheduled appointment.
Consultations purchased will be invoiced for payment prior to the first appointment. Options are available to pay by instalments.
Supplements and / or functional testing may be recommended as part of a consultation. However, these are NOT included in the fee schedule. The cost of recommended supplements is paid directly to the supplier. Fees for any functional testing will be paid directly to the relevant laboratory.
Appointment Cancellations
Cancellations require a minimum of 48 hours’ notice. Cancellations within 48 hours of the appointment will incur a cancellation fee of £30. Cancellations on the day of the appointment will result in a charge of 80% of the agreed appointment fee. In the event of withdrawal from a package deal, either before the initial appointment, or part way through the package time period, refunds will be calculated on a pro rata basis, based on the amount of work that has already been dedicated to any particular case. This will be calculated on a case by case basis.
